is pleased to offer a new program geared towards seasoned professionals
with at least 10 years experience in a senior medical imaging management
position. The Executive Program, Leadership Development and Operational Excellence,
will take place on September 26-27, 2007 at the GE Healthcare Institute,
Waukesha, WI, with the generous support of GE Healthcare. This one and a
half day program will focus on leadership development with sessions focusing
on key behaviors of successful leaders and developing high performance teams,
and will have breakout sessions to foster participants to share ideas and
experiences. In addition, sessions on early health and its impact on the
future and change acceleration process will give you information on how to
deliver healthcare more efficiently and effectively and set of tools for
a flexible management strategy. The last session, Lean Healthcare, will provide
you with world class practices that will help identify and solve specific
issues and transform your business. This process improvement methodology
has proven to be highly effective in healthcare, driving positive change
in areas such as patient safety, technology optimization, market growth,
resource utilization, length of stay and throughput.
